Unable to scroll to last row of collection

In Adobe Bridge, I am looking at a collection containing 1116 images. It shows 5 columns in 224 rows. The last row has a single thumbnail. Scrolling to the last row, it is briefly visible.

Then, without additional user input, Bridge scrolls the thumbnails up one row.

The result is that only the last full row (row 223) is visible. Row 224, containing the single thumbnail, cannot be shown for more than an instant.
