When I open a image file as open in camera raw, it will appear a new windows but w/o top white bar i

I using Windows 10 w/ Bridge Ver 13.0.2.636. When I open a image file as open in camera raw, it will appear a new windows but w/o top white bar is disappear, so I can not move the windows around. However, it is normal at my Windows 11 system.
