When selecting a different folder Bridge jumps to the first image in that folder instead of last vie

I have tested this in 13.0.3.693 and it is still a problem.
Windows 10, latest update.
I expect when selecting another new folder that the file displayed is the last one selected in that folder, or if none, then to top of folder.
