When using arrow keys to scroll through thumbnails, at random times Bridge will keep scrolling fast all the way to the end of the files.

I have experienced similar effects to this but it turned out that the culprits were my mouse and keyboard rather than a Bridge bug. I tried different devices and the problem was no more. This may or may not be applicable to your case however.
