Adobe Character Animator 3 missing dlls

Hello i just got a drawing tablet an i was thinking about animating but if i try to install and boot it its always missing some dlls like

CPUAnalytics.dll

CPUAnalytics.dll (again)

and

ToneMapEngine.dll

but if i try to create a new project it doesnt do anything

but photoshop doesnt have any errors

and adobe animate has o errors but the character animator has

damn. starter i am installing it to the default path

You won't need to start a new project, just import your puppet or select a character from the home page. As for the missing DLL files, where are you installing it and what version (starter or pro) are you using?
