Adobe Character Animator's Compute Lip Sync is inferior compared to Adobe Express' Lip Sync

Is Character Animator supposed to be the premium version of Express? I just tried out Express and its Lip Sync is way better! I don't even have to manually adjust the visemes because they were so good. I can't achieve the same speed when using Compute Lip Sync with or without transcript. They end up ok but I notice I still spend a lot of time adjusting the visemes compared to Express where everything just aligns perfectly.
