After purchasing the free trial, Character Animator pro is still not working

character animator is not updating after getting the free trial, All other applications worked but this one not yet. Any advice?

If I understand you correctly, you are clicking on "Pro" and are being directed to an upgrade? If not, please explain the steps you are taking to switch from the default starter mode to pro and where they are failing.

They mention upgrade to pro and then take me to Adobe checkout then not supported cause I have the trial subscription already. It ended up not using my trial subscription till now.

By default, CH will open in Starter mode. You have to click on the "starter" button in the upper right corner to switch to "pro" mode.
