calibration does not work on my Mac Pro laptop

I ran the calibration at first the animation was moving with my face and head and then it stopped. Since then the calibration does not work as the animation is not tracking anything. I am getting no errors. I am on a Mac Pro laptop MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013) Processor:2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7 Memory 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Graphics Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB. Pleas help. I have rebooted the program but it will no longer track me. The animation will play though.

    Maybe the lighting on your face isn't bright enough? (Calibration should never affect _whether_ it tracks, just _how_ the tracking data is mapped onto your character.)
