Calibration doesn't work but everything else is working fine in 23

Hi

I can't use the lasr version of Character animator because of an upgrade of my old computer.

I use version 23 which works fine. After I tried the puppet maker the move of the head of the puppet stopped.

The caliberation doesn't work to.

I uninstalled the program many times and installed it again, but the same problem.

Can you kindly help me, please.

I wish I could tell you, but that's beyond my area of exprertise. I am experiencing similar problems and I hope someone with better knowlege of the situation can chime in.

Yes, many times nothing happens. The face movement has stopped.
May i know why version 23 works fine but other higher version 23.4 - 23.6
give a warning sign that my vega card isn't working and the program stops
working.

Have you tried using the reset? That's the circle with the arrows to the right below the stage. Also, F5 will perform the same action. By any chance, is body turned on? Try turning it off and back on again.
