Camera and Microphone not working

The Camera and Microphone are not working and I just purchased a plan to create something. And I do not have the ability to create anything.

There are several reasons this isn't working. First of all, do the camera and mike work with programs like Zoom? Check your settings to make sure that CH has permission to use the camera and/or microphone. Finally, check the camera settings inside CH to make sure that the correct system camera is selected as shown here:
