Can’t even start the app Error code:(10550999296:2676+10)

It’s my first time using adobe apps, and I don’t know much about them, I’m was trying to turn a drawing in to a puppet ( which I keep failing ) now I can’t even start the app, when I just try to run it it brings out this screen, can’t click anywhere else after clicking ok it keeps popping up and than shuts the app I don’t know what to do

    I am not sure if there is some issue with the puppet that is causing the error when the program first opens. If you hold down the shift key when launching the program, it will prevent it from trying to open the last saved puppet or scene. From there, you should be able to launch a new project.
