Character animator error when creating, saving and exporting to NAS

I'm working with Version 2025 on mac and Version 2024 on Windows. This same issue occurs in both Windows 11 and Mac OS (M2 Chip), specifically with a Network Attached Storage ( Synology in my case)
The Software works fine when saving files on Google Drive or Locally on either OS. 
But on Windows :
It refuses to Export in the NAS, but otherwise it saves and edits on the NAS on windows just fine.

On Mac :
It refuses to open, edit any previously saved project on the NAS. It gives this error

Surprisingly, I can open the same files in Premiere Pro and Import the .chproj file in there and get exports from that to the NAS easily. I do not understand this confusing issues and i want to be able to save, edit, and export files on both OS from the NAS, just like other Adobe Products like Premiere pro, After effects, Photoshop etc.

What am i encountering here ? Is there any solutions for this other than saving locally  as answered here Character animator error when saving to file server 

as i cannot save it locally and the NAS has to be the storage solution for me.
