Character Animator Puppet maker Error

Hello every one, i have the same problem with puppet maker. I tried everything; renanming the cache file's name to old, deleting the cache file, deteling the app, trying with all the versions of adobe character animator even the beta mode. i cant even lauch the tutorial in the app ... I called the support they tried everything too but did not resolve the thing, but after our conversation with the support i did a rebboot of pc it did launch the puppet maker only for 1 time and then stopped working ( i did try to reboot and it did not change a thing ) 

please please please, does anyone have any solution, i am needing this software for work and i don't have much time to complete my work. Thanks in advance for your answers !

If you quit Character Animator, open that C:\Users\neo10\AppData\Local\Adobe\Character Animator\24.2\Puppet Maker\ folder in File Explorer, rename the "Cache" subfolder as "Cache.old", then relaunch Character Animator, does it help?
