Character Animator Won’t Start

Every time I click on a project, immediately I get an error message, and every time I click on something else it keeps back popping up. I have 12 GB of ram and 64 bits so it should be working, shouldn’t it? It usually works the first time I open the app and I have to click on a few buttons for it to kind of work and then when I open the app a second time, nothing works. it does the same as I said at the beginning of this post. I deleted it and re-download it, and the same results came up.
