CHPROJ file size is still ZERO bytes. this is not solved, despite time-wasting work-arounds!

This is a bug.
Please add a text header to the CHPROJ files -- or something to make them at least 1KB. 

These files just won't work with Dropbox and potentially other archive backup applications. Having to ZIP these is waste of time and not productive for team collaboration.
