Receiving the following error. So far all other applications work on my computer except for Character (Ch).

"GPU Error: Updating your graphics card driver may fix this issue. See adobe.com/go/ch_gpu_error for details."

"NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU (v......)"

HRESULT error: The GPU device instance has been suspended. Use GetDEviceRemovedReason to determine the appropriate action."

I hope you are able to get some answers from Support. I really have no idea what is causing this problem.

For information, i've installed Adobe Character Beta, and i have the same problem same error.
And it's very a problem, because, i can't use Adobe Character. I've imported a puppet from Adobe, and same error.

No. I didn't solve it. I'm waiting for a senior support from Adobe.
Now, i can't use only Adobe Character, but Photoshop, illustrator works.

Yes, i've done this. But the graphic card was update.

I know this seems kind of silly, but have you tried updating your graphics card driver?
