i have trouble when record in character animator

i wanna record my puppet in character animator but it extremely slow even that i'm not adjust anything in the toolbar, rate record still 1s-1s. i'm delete it and install again , it back to nomal but in a short time and back again. I know that it happen because it want to record frame by frame. but i don't want that. i wnat to record it like nomal in realtime. And the bitter than is i cannot find where to adjust that mode. Character animator has potential to be a great software but it's incomplete and missing a lot of basic modes like all the basic options of setting video and in my experiene it doesn't has auto animations like wagging tail . we can do very much thing with this animation.
