Image ratio problem transferring from Ch to Media Encoder

In character animator, everything is set to 1920x1080 for the scene, when I transfert through Media Encoder, the background image appears to be cut off and repeated towards the right. The left side of the frame has been cut off and moved to the right side of the frame. Artwork is all centered in Ch at 1920 x 1080 as you can see.
