My webcam (HD Pro C920) is not being detected

I have checked everything I can this is a bug for sure in Character Animator 23.1. I checked if any other program is using the camera in the background it is not. I uninstalled and reinstalled drivers nothing works

Error code:
<22832> <CameraTracker> <5> No Cameras Available.
<22832> <CameraTracker> <5> Camera has been disabled.

Can anyone work out what's wrong or is the HD Pro Webcam C920 incompatible? I am running windows 11 OS

And all those apps are closed? I'm trying to rule out the other possibilities.

Another thing to check is if any other program is using the camera in the background. CH doesn't want to share the camera with anything.

Try this:

Right-click on the title in the Camera and Microphone panel and see if your camera is listed there. If so, click on it.
