'other versions' option not available on Creative cloud interface. I need to roll back from 25

Version 25 is incompatible with my PC. I've successfully rolled back Premier via 'Other versions' from the creative cloud interface. HOWEVER for Audition and Character Animator the option is not there.!! (I only get options for 'explore tutorials' and 'support community' on the interface). Can some kind soul please tell me where to find downloads of other versions of Audition and Character Animator? Can someone please post a link or links. I am an Adobe Creative Cloud subscriber and have been using it and paying for it for years.

I think I ought to be able to get back to the version we were cheerfully using before v25 tho. 😕😕

Yes, that's the shorthand Adobe uses for it. Sometimes I get in a rush and forget myself. 

 

You're using the same version I'm using, so I have no idea why it's not displaying all the options. Sometimes the desktop won't make some things available because it thinks there's a compatibilty issue. For instance, you can't install Iluustrator on a machine using an ARM processor. I'm just guessing, since this is all way beyond my area of expertise. There's a forum for the Creative Cloud Desktop, maybe you can find a solution there. Creative Cloud desktop - Adobe Community

we have installed Adobe creative cloud desktop 6.5.0.3.348
Version 6.5.0.348 was released on 01/20/2025 (mandatory release)
so looks like we already have the latest version installed.

This sounds like a problem with the creative cloud desktop app, as I am able to install older versions of CH just fine. What version of the app are you using?
