Persistent Adobe Character Error: Solutions Exhausted, Problem Unresolved

I keep getting the same error. I'm about to give up on using Adobe Character. I updated the driver, but it didn’t work. I even formatted my computer, but that didn’t help either. None of the solutions I found online worked; the problem is with the Adobe Character program
