Pro Mode Button Not Working

I upgraded my plan to Pro, but after relaunching the app, the features are still on Starter Mode. I tried switching it but the Pro Mode is still not available at the moment.

    Just to confirm, did you upgrade to the Creative Cloud All Apps plan?
    If you go to https://account.adobe.com, does it show that Creative Cloud All Apps plan as what you have?
