¡Puppet tags dissapear every time I open the project!

I have to redo all the rigging every time I open a project because when I reopen the project I get an error, and then when I check the puppet all the tags are gone!

    Hi Kwaichang,

    please ty to export your puppet to check if you are able to import it again so you will not lose your project every time.

    That said, please check in Rig mode, if your puppet has handles that have come to lie outside of your drawing. For example, you have a dangle handle on a strain of hair. Now you may have changed the source AI or PSD, so that the dangle handle is not sitting on your artwork. This always created error messages like yours for me. repositioning the handles cleared the error for me

    Is it because the project folder is in your Dropbox-synced folder? See if saving the project to a non-Dropbox-synced folder helps.

    Hello, thanks for your response! This is the series of messages that kept appearing. Then I closed the program and reopened it again and the file it opened ok. Thanks again!

    Sorry to hear this. What operating system and version of Ch are you using? Can you share a screenshot or the text of the error message here?
