Saved project is not showing

 Good morning everyone, please I don't know what is wrong.. all my saved project is showing this document icon and its not visible when trying to import back to CH or when I try to import to AE... Same thing happens when I save a new project, please I really need help been days and have restarted my PC and also the CH software.
