SO BUGGY.....WHY?

Used to work fine, now all of the sudden this is SO BUGGY... just watch the QT mov clips. Things flickering, eyeballs disappear then come back...so much weird things happening.
And I uninstalled and reinstalled thinking that was the problem... but guess NOT... please help.

    SUCH A SIMPLE MISTAKE..I did not realize that layer HEAD was in the MOUTH grouping.

    It works NOW! I AM VERY GRATEFUL!

    Sorry it's so confusing!

    I think the problem is that your head layer is inside your Mouth group. When the Lip Sync behavior triggers a mouth shape, it hides ALL other layers in the same group to make sure you only see one at once. Try moving the head layer outside of the Mouth group.
