Still can't get program to act consistantly

I have written here several time about how if I use the program start a puppet, turn off the program and come back to it days later the program won't open or recognize any of my files. I have had a few response talking about how where I save my file might be the problem. This makes no sense to me as that no other program has ever had this problem.

I have attached images of what the program is saying. Can someone please tell me what I need to do, where I need to save my files, or if there is a person I can talk to for help thank you.
