Strange glitch in Adobe character animator

I recently bought a new computer for working with animation: AMD Ryzen 9, 32 GB of RAM. I installed the character animator and glitches began.

After starting the program, the timeline does not play when you press the space bar, the program does not hear the sound of the laptop microphone, so the character's lips do not move. After I change the program settings back and forth, at some point it starts working. I change the sound settings. But I don't find a pattern. I don't understand why this error occurs and how to fix it.
