When I try to animate my puppet, the rigging mode and the recording tab, slowing down!

Hi, I've been trying to use CH for 2 months, but every time I try to use a puppet designed by one of my collaborators, the program really slows down and won't let me do anything.

I have attached my puppet (still to be fixed for rigging, but it already slows down the program).

I have a Macbook Pro with M1 Pro and 32GB RAM from 2022.

Suggestions?
