When using pre-recorded audio it's impossible to resize any triggers on the time line

Steps to reproduce:
1. CA Starter Mode

2. Create a new project with any character

3. Upload pre-recorded audio

4. Record Face movements

5. Drag a trigger onto the timeline. 

6. It is then impossible to size the trigger duration. Hovering the mouse over the orange line does nothing, so you cannot increase the time the trigger is active.

7. This does not happen if you record live audio. It is possible to resize a trigger duration.
