Adobe states that the email I am registered with doesn't exist

According to Adobe I can apply for free student access using my email I am registered with (Adobe ID) to apply. However, Adobe states that my email is incorrect even though I am logged into it right now. I had Substance 3D Painter license before and now trying to get it back. What should I do?
