AMD radeon PRO 23Q2 cards drivers are broken

This doesn't happen on pro driver 23q1.1 or below

This bug still present on the newest driver 24.1.1, The reason I would like this to be fix is I want to record a video demo of sbsar for selling custom substances in the future.

Yes I can use the older stable driver. But I don't think it's unreasonable to have this fix after so many months and it might be approaching a year

Still broken as of Adrenalin Edition 23.12.1, There is still artifacting when moving sliders on materials like Wood Walnut, Theres also artifacting when testing my own sbsar. My substance painter is 8.3.1 Steam Edition.

This is unbelievable from comapanies like AMD and Adobe to let this bug/defect go on for this long. Disappointing.

AMD is cheaper for artists in developing countries. I know that Nvidia is better supported with additional features like ray tracing and Cuda. I weighed in on this when building my workstation/gaming PC. But I think it's not unreasonable to expect a product/software "to work" that's the bare minimum.
