AO texture looks faceted

I used version 6.2.2 and baking AO map looks good

Now I try version 9.0.0 and baking AO looks very bad

There is screen of the settings. I used same in both cases

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to reproduce. When I bake the AO in the shared .SPP, the map comes out as expected with 9.0.

Are you working with an AMD GPU? Does one of your bake mesh map come from another software (e.g. the Normal map)?
