It is now replaced with "Normal type: Mesh+Normal+Height"

In fact, after investigation, it seems to be a bug we're currently investigating in.

This did work, however, it did not work the way I thought it should have. In Quixel mixer, "Baked lighting" reacts to both the AO but also the ambient light and the direction of light, so If I switch the direction of the light, the normals react. Substance does not seem to work like that.

Try increasing the Diffuse AO parameter.
