Can't save a file

When I try to save, it won't let me and I get a few errors (log image is attached to this post).
I've tried removing unused resources, and I've gone to file:///C:/Users/BRADLE~1/AppData/Local/Temp/2m19n17w.bmp on my drive and the file definitely isn't there.
