Can't subscribe to Education License

I manage to proceed with the request and now I'm waiting for the validation. I've just one doubt. When I saw the error I thought that something was wrong with my email (the same email that is registred in my education program). I canceled that Adobe account and created a new one with another personal email. I proceed with the validation request using this new email so my question is: There will be problems if the email from my school is different from the one I use for the request?

Considering the multiple messages I've received recently on this regard, I'm pretty sure there's global issue with the website.

Yes, many of my students are having the same issue right now. "Error they get is: APO Codes not available for this Product."
