Cannot download 3D assets after subscribing.

Hi, 

I have just subscribed to the Substance 3D Collection plan, but am not able to download any of the assets on the store. How do I access my downloads?

Thanks for the message.

 

Are you still on trial version? To my knowledge, you can't download assets from the 3D assets library while on trial version.

 

At the end of the month, the subscription should switch to the common Substance 3D plan, and you should be able to download your assets.
