Cant Verify Subscription Status

Hi, it seems like there has been a recent update and now I get the error "We cant verify your subscription status"

 

Ive rebooted, no change.  All of my other Adobe apps (CC) work fine.  I am fully connected to the internet, and I cant see any issues as to why this is happening.  Any ideas?  I have deadlines to meet!

Hi

Try going to the Adobe CC Desktop app and signing out of your account.

Then update the CC Desktop app (or at least check for updates)

Reboot the PC and go the desktop app and sign in to your account again

Now try opening the Painter application

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but same issue.

It also seems like Designer and Sampler both work fine too.  This is only affecting Painter.
