Crash all the time

Hi, I've been having the same problem for a long time, and it is that the program crashes, I try to uninstall, close the program, and open it again, but I can't find what's the problem. 

I have the version for Steam Substance 2024, and my laptop is:

Windows 11 Home

Processor Intel Core Ultra 9 185H 2.50 GHz
RAM 32.0 GB 
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

 

And always when I try to paint or add a material the program stops working and crashes, someone can help me, because I can change anything and work in my mesh 😞

Thank you for your message.

 

After such a crash, could you find the log located in "C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\Adobe Substance 3D Painter"

 

And send it to me at cdellenbach@adobe.com ? Please add a link to this thread in the e-mail.

 

I'll take a closer look on those crashes.
