Crashed when create new file and import fbx file

When I tried to open a new file, it crashed immediately after I select the fbx file and click open, tried many times to uninstalled and download but issue didnt fix, able to open sample files and spp files.

That's unusual.

Is this issue occuring with all new files or only with a specific .FBX ? Could you send me your log file at cdellenbach@adobe.com with a link to this thread? You'll find it at

C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\Adobe Substance 3D Painter

what kind of file you need? I tried fbx and other kind files both not
