Education license does not respond

Hi,

I'm currently a stundent in 3D and I would like to get Substance Painter in order to texture objects for my exam project.

I keep trying to make a request to get the form needed for the application of the education licence ( Education - Substance 3D ), but I'm not receiving any email. I've tried with other email adresses but nothing seems to change.

How can i get the free eduaction licence if I'm not receiving this form ?
