Error downloading 3D asset

Good afternoon, please your help please with this.
I am subscribed to the "Substance 3D Texturing" plan, (it is not a trial, I am already paying)
I have been able to download several materials from the asset store, but when I try to download a 3D model, and press "Download" nothing happens, I can download free 3D models, paid materials, but not 3D models.

I still have 23 assets available to download.

Will there be any payment barrier or will it be a mistake?
