Export mask to file freeze

Hi,
As the title says, exporting a mask to a file often freeze the software and the process need to be stopped.
It does not seem to always happen, but it was not happening before. 

I will take my current situation as an example;
I opened an old substance file and try to export a mask to a file ＝ no problem.
I close and open a new project that I have just started, then try to do the same ＝ Freeze.
