Failed to get link for subscription (Unique ID Error)

I just applied for free Substance 3D Collection Apps (for Education) with this account but It says Link has been generated, but failed to send email.

After I refreshed site and retried it with same email, It tells me "Unique ID Already Exists". What should I do?

Same problem here. Didn't get the code for egibility via mail. When I try again, it tells the same error (Unique ID Already Exists). Don't want to use another mail though, so I hope support will help me.

I contacted customer support and solved it. She told me to try again with different email.

I have the exact same issue. I tried to reach out to the support chat but only got the answer that I can't renew the education license after 12 months and would need to pay for it. Otherwise I would need to apply for the free license with a new Adobe Account. But the FAQ states: "If you are still eligible at the end of the 12 months, you can renew your student license following the same redemption process."

Hi @Jacktherookie,

Could you DM me the e-mail adress you used for applying to the education licence? I'll check in our database whether an e-mail has been sent or not.
