File corrupted over and over, im desperate...

Hello, my name is daniel, im currently doing a Master degree in 3D Character and creature art, but now im afraid cause i dont know if im going to keep doing it...the reason, im getting my .spp file corrupted over and over literally everyday, the error is always related to .image files or "resources" that couldn´t load, and i dont unerstand it, i tried everything from creating a new file, baking again and re-importing spsm mats to reinstall substance painter in a different location but nothing worked...

 

Im so desperate because i need this to graduate..so if anyone could get me out of this nightmare would be so much aprecciated, thanks.

    To avoid this issue I always keep my log window open and before closing down the project I check that it's saving properly. In case I deleted something Painter is still using it will give an error saying it cannot save because of a missing resource..
    At this point you can hunt down the resource in your stack to get rid of it or restore it from your Recycle bin.

    I hope it makes sense and helps you out.
    In any case take the habit to create incremental save so that even though you lose a file you do not use all your work.
    You can also save your work as a smart material, so even though the file may be corrupt, you still have the material and only need to reapply it.
