First alt + LeftClick , RightClick , MiddleClick too laggy

I am always lagging when I rotate or move by entering alt + LeftClick , RightClick , MiddleClick keys in the latest SubstancePainter. I have been suffering from this problem for the past 6 months.I thought it might be a problem with my computer, but it is not.
Old PC i7-12700 rtx3070 mem64gb
New PC Core Ultra 7 265F rtx 5070 mem64gb
PC at work similar to the above specs and the same phenomenon is happening on all computers.

So I installed Substance Painter 2022 (8.3.1) which I bought on Steam and tested it, but there was no problem at all. (Attached video)
I also installed 8.3.1 with AdobeCreativeCloud and had no problem.

I do not know how to solve this problem. What should I do ...

      I was having the same issue but I downgraded to 11.0.0 and I think it's not lagging anymore.

      I'm using Windows 11 Pro 24H2.

       

      I did the following:

      It was lagging when I not only just hold down the Alt key but also if I spam Alt key, it just freezes until it catches up the input.

      -> I changed my shortcut to Shift+Middle Mouse just like Blender and it was working fine. It seems only Alt key making it lag

       

      I was using 11.0.3 (latest version) -> downgraded to 11.0.2 (issue persisted) -> 11.0.1 (same) -> 11.0.0 (it's not lagging anymore)

       

      So I'm using 11.0.0 now until they fix the issue.
