Help! Substance Painter keeps crashing, it's totally unstable! new occurance?

My file keeps crashing. I have tried various versions and they also crash. Has substance just updated so that we can't work anymore? I'm at a loss. I have been working on this file for weeks and it is only now crashing at every move. 

A few things to note:

-I'm working on a macbook pro, m1 max 64ram 1TB

-I've deleted everything off my computer to give this as much room as possible

-I know it is a massive file size but I have reduced it (by exporting layers of paints as pngs and reimporting them) I also have 500gig free to cope

-I have tried both import to file and linked to library options

-I have worked on a bigger version of this file with no problems (other than speed)

-I see the errors on resources but those were on my other files with no problems, and I really don't know how to fix this.
