I can't download Substance 3D Painter

I activated a studio subscription for Substance 3D Painter and cannot download it even though my system fully meets the requirements(The screenshot shows the characteristics of my PC taken from the Nvidia App) .Windows version 24H2.

What do you mean by "can't download" ? What does it say when you try to?
