Inexplicable lag

Yesterday, after opening PT to import the model, there was an inexplicable lag, the camera was stuck when changing the angle of view, and there was an inexplicable unresponsive crash. Why?

Is this something that you can reproduce? If so, I'd gladely take a look at your log file after the crash.

(C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\Adobe Substance 3D Painter)
