Invalid Thumbnails

Hello, everyone. Unfortunately, for a few weeks I have massive problems loading the thumbs of my materials. Even after minutes there is no preview and with every restart Painter keeps reloading, often working and saving is then also blocked. Does anyone have any idea what's causing this?
Both substance Painter and my graphics card are on the latest version
