Issues with "identit-e" and student code for Substance 3D

A few days ago I requested the code for Adobe Substance 3D For Students and Teachers, I followed the steps and registered and after a few hours later received the code, but when I tried to use it on the "identit-e" page, it indicated that the code was incorrect, after several attempts the page ended up blocking my IP. I contacted the "identit-e" technical suport by email and they told me that the code did not appear in their system but my IP is still blocked. I have already requested that they unblock my IP but I still have the problem that the code is incorrect, I need help to solve this and be able to study
